1. BOOK AN APPOINTMENT
Start with booking an appointment, preferable a virtual fitting via Zoom if you don't have the possibilities to attend a physical fitting in our showroom in Stockholm.

where you provide your own measurements with our film and form and us as a guide.
2. CHOOSE BOOT MODEL
Browse our website to see all our tall boot models. Are you looking for a soft and smooth jumping model or a high glossy super hard dressage boot?
With or without laces? Zipper in the back or the front?
3. MAKE THE DESIGN
Browse our Pinterest Gallery, Instagram and Facebook to get inspired by our feed and see what designs others have done.
Learn more about the characteristics of the different materials and see the range of all the colors, top styles and options.
Also think of what toe stitching you want, different kind of straps, bling, stitching, contrast tops and details. There are endless of options! You may also draw a painting of your own unique design and we could most probably create it.
4. MEASUREMENTS - You provide your own measurements
Do you have a pair of tall boots at home, great, letʼs use them as a reference for the height of the new pair. Measure the height of the backside of the boots, outer sole excluded. Here you may se our film of how to take the measures and here is a step-by-step guide and tips of what to think of.

5. DEPOSIT
We charge a deposit of € 350, either you pay by credit card, PayPal or we will send you an invoice through email (check the spam filter if you havenʼt received it). Once we have received the payment the boots will be ordered.
6. WE HAND MAKE THEM
In our workshop in the beautiful north of Portugal our experienced craftsmen and women are carefully hand making your unique boots with passion, pride and love.
Since the boots are totally made by hand and our producers are small family companies with limited resources, the time of production may vary - it is normally estimated to 3-4 months, but we cannot guarantee this and there is unfortunately nothing we can do to speed up the process. We also don´t want to stress the workers which could have affection on the final result of the boots.
What we do guarantee though is that they eventually will arrive and that you will love them!
7. THE BOOTS ARE READY!
At the moment we only get a final notice once the boots are finished and ready to be shipped to our office in Stockholm. We will send an email to you with these great news!
It takes around one week for them to arrive in our office where we will unpack them and forward to you.
Our carriers are DHL and DHL Express and you will get a separate email from them with a tracking ID and the name of the service point, where you may pick them up. If you have any requirements of a specific service point - please let us know.
8. GUARANTEE
Our job is to provide unique and personal riding boots with a perfect fit. Usually all our clients are very happy with their new boots, should you have any questions or concerns do not hesitate to contact us - we are more than happy to help!
9. BOOT CARE
There are many things you could to make the boots last for a long time. Remember they are mainly made for riding not walking and wearing all day long. Rule number one is to always clean them after being used. Simply us a wheat cloth to remove dust, dirt and sweat from the horse. Learn the next steps in our boot care guide.
